While streaming live TV provider Aereo has had some key legal wins so far in their battle against broadcasters, they're certainly not out of the woods quite yet. After launching in Utah on August 19, the company now finds itself facing a new lawsuit by Fox, CBS, and local Utah affiliates. According to the complaint (pdf), broadcasters continue to insist that despite "technological gimmickry," Aereo is violating copyright by retransmitting their content without persmission. Judges so far in New York and Boston have blocked injunction attempts, though broadcasters are hoping to court shop until the case winds its way to the Supreme Court.
